You all had a lovely time Svetlana and did very much the same as we do in South Africa - we do a lot of "braaing" (grilling meat on wood coals or steak on a fire). The baked potatoes in tinfoil is exactly how we do them and onions too. I must have a closer look at the way you prepared the vegies. I think your Uncle's bus is great. The way he dances all the time is very cool. Your mother and aunt know their stuff. I wish I could taste sometime. I am lucky enough to have a farm with a river. When we party like that we go to remote places where the nearest house is more than 5 km away. Sometimes we camp for the weekend. Your website is really interesting.

Oh my! All of the food you cooked there looks mouth-wateringly delicious!!! And the spot you chose is also very beautiful. The uncle’s bus was amazing and looks capable of going almost everywhere. I was shocked 😳 when the bus was referred to as 30 years old… To me it looks more like it’s somewhere in between 30 an 130 years old! Still it looks like the most amazing go-anywhere excursion vehicle capable of bringing everyone in comfort. The bus belonging to the uncle must make it even better and I imagine that the bus must almost feel like it’s a member of the family in its own right, when everyone have fond memories of trips like this… Awesome video and thanks so much for sharing! While I was traveling through Eastern Europe, I recall having a similar kind of dish with eggplant or patleejane. It was a dish that was an infused version of Macedonian dish and Albanian dish. It’s so good to see families are getting together, preparing all sorts of fresh vegetables and fish together and sharing. In the US the nutritional value up for picnic food is beyond horrendous. We have so much to learn from Russia. Thank you for sharing!

Hi from Turkey 🇹🇷 i loved that place,it’s look like Turkey by the way.That bus is awesome if your uncle adds couple more things like shower and the kitchen it’ll turn out to be a RV.Of course foods are amazing,we call it mangal in general.I love grilled eggplant and pepper too.We have eggplant salad but little different.We grill eggplant and add olive oil,salt,garlic sometimes yogurt too.Try it,it’s delicious.👍i have Georgian background.My ancestors from Batumi/Georgia.I’m planing to Caucasia tour,i hope i can make it.Bye 😄🖐 i forgot to mention vinegar for eggplant salad 😄 that’s a must 😄
