It's kind of strange to see how much of a celebrity mark is. He has his own agent and does all of these things behind the scenes, but generally we just see him commentating on a game and it still feels like the good ol' days back when Mark was more alone on his channel. I joined around the early Amnesia playthroughs and it's amazing to see the growth.

Not that anyone will see this, but when Mark first posted this video I was severely depressed and used to watch this over and over again just literally _dumbfounded_ by the idea of actually DOING something with my day, having routines, finding joy or self-worth in any of my actions. I watched it so much because I quite literally couldn't even imagine what waking up, having a good day, and going to bed feeling accomplished was like (even waking up was a miracle half the time)... I had been depressed for about 6 years, not to mention we pretty much went into lockdown a week after this was posted. I'm happy to say that today, watching this video again, I actually understand. I actually experience those feelings of wanting to wake up to a new day, feeling motivated to pursue good habits, good work, or just to pursue _living_ at all. I actually enjoy my life for the first time in years, and it's an incredible feeling. If you've never been depressed, just know what a blessing life is-even parts of it as simple as making eggs. Just the feeling of _wanting_ to live is a gift. And if you're depressed now, just know that it does get better. Right now you might not even be able to _imagine_ what happiness, or even anything beyond just "surviving" looks like. But it exists, and one day you'll get there. Don't give up. Don't ever give up. There are good days ahead, and you are worthy of every one of them.

It's not stressful. It's actually been proven that it's extremely healthy for your mentality, to have a constant working day, mroeso than having one where nothing really happens. Sure, it'll feel stressfull at first, but being someone that have a scheduled every day going on myself, not as tough as Mark right now, I can attest that I lost my depressive state almost completely, when I began making myself busier.
