It was sad but it did pass through into the main pipe with its head out. I like to think it quickly hit the general grey water system which is much slower moving. That’s what I’m choosing to think 🐸 Edit: spelling

The frog might be ok because it got flushed up and then it got flushed down in the direction of where the water was flowing. It could if its lucky hop out on the next manhole area if the flow of the sewage isnt to strong, frogs are good swimmers. Problem is though sewers are pretty hostile places with the amount of detergents and chemicals that go down them including the sewage itself. There is food down there for it in the way of woodlice and slugs that you can get creeping around. It could be 50/50 for it just hoping it could possibly find a way out up a gully drain or maybe even through a CSO (Combined Sewage Overflow) outlet which flow out into rivers when we get heavy rain. Anyway wishing the best for the froggy. Great work Andy by the way 🐸🙂
