Choc banana muffins ingredients:
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 flax eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 100g chocolate chunks
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean :)

Oh I love whitakkers, have half of that block in the cupboard rn for baking. Lovw the 50% and the oat milk block too (know the oat milk one is a bit love it or hate it bc it has a slightly gritty texture). Also I think that's the first time I've heard of something actually being more expensive in Aus than NZ haha, its usually 6-7 NZD in tje supermarket here. For once our food prices aren't horrendously more!
