Thank you so much for this corned beef with tomato recipe. I used to live in Bklyn, NY and on my way to work I’d have to pass a small bake shop only opened early weekday mornings. My all time favorite bake was the corned beef bake. It would smell so good while on the train, I couldn’t wait to get to my desk and have my bake and coffee before starting work. Of course I’d arrive early not to cheat my employer 😉 I’m a chef and love your recipes 🧑🏾‍🍳
