I Hit $113k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject.

Thoughts on the Sam Ovens evolution of a consultant? What minimum level do you think people need to reach before being able to teach in an info business? If you only got to a certain level of the skill, does that potentially cap the scale of your info business?

Hey, Will, how do you ensure that your Real Estate properties you rent out don't cause too much hassle?
@willia_mbrown4 ай бұрын
Man, they're so easy to buy and manage. I use different management companies to manage different property types i.e. one for houses, one for apartments, one for Airbnb's etc. People always say to me "property is a nightmare" but for me, that's never been the case. Takes me no more than an hour a month to manage and they do the rest 💪

I’m the opposite from him.. i’m not an entrepreneur yet that makes money but i was good with saving money. I worked for 2-3 years in a warehouse and managed to save up about 100k and stayed with parents. I used some for paying of some of my parents debt, invest in some courses, books and equipment m/gear for content. I still have 5 figure savings from all that spending. If only i could become someone who makes those figures you were saying I would rack up $1m - 1.5m in a year easily and buy real estate in cash and retire my parents. But that’s my problem. Good with saving money, but no business income yet
@willia_mbrown4 ай бұрын
Wow. Inspiring mate! Thank you for sharing, I think this will inspire others. Also, if you need my help with making the figures I talk about in this video, i'd love to help you get there by monetising one of your skills and helping other people with it. Perhaps how good you are at saving or financial management for young people Julius, or similar. If you want to chat about it, just hit the 'work with me' link in the description. See you back here soon and i hope you'll subscribe for more 🧡

Hey William, I run a semi truck business. High risk industry. Is it wise to make a broad program teaching about how to run a profitable high risk business or tailor specifically to trucking?

Your cash at the bank is constantly loosing value due to inflation. Invest most of it in real estate because it always goes up in value while cash always goes down in value over time

What I gathered was he stacks it in the bank until enough has accumulated to buy his next real estate and then repeats

Great video Will! One thing I have learnt is to take calculated risks and protect the downside. One thing I have learnt from trading haha. Risk management applies to real life as well haha. ‘Trust God, but wear a seatbelt’ haha Do you also buy stocks and index funds? Or purely real estate and high interest bank account?

Great story and good tips, the main purpose of making money is to invest so that some day you can have complete financial freedom (as far as it's possible). In my business my priority is to invest, not to live an extravagant lifestyle. I reached a good level of lifestyle around 3 years ago and have not increased it since, if anything I constantly look for ways to spend less money and invest more. Aim to invest 25-50%+ of your income - with this formula you may not be as "rich" as you think and might need to reduce your lifestyle.

Hey bud. It's actually somewhat bespoke based on what you need i.e. my online training program, group-coaching, one-to-one coaching, an in-person session with me, my personal WhatsApp, my team's help and so on. So there are a few options, all priced differently based on the above. Book in a call and a member of my team will run you through all of the options and see if you're a good-fit and if so, you can jump in when you're ready: www.willia-mbrown.com/work-with-me

Why bother with high interest savings accounts if the yield doesn't outweigh the affects of inflation? you're at a surplus of 5-6% yield but the cash itself loses over 10% of it's spending power per year. Curious about your thoughts on this.
@PracticePeakCoaching4 ай бұрын
Good point - my belief is that the money invested in a bank (high high interest.. ish) will depreciate with time … the money invested in a house typically will produce a similar or better % yield BUT also the asset (the house) usually appreciates in value with time 🤷🏽
