Our 14 year old Husky was diagnosed with diabetes after she started drinking lots more water. We've had to change her routine and ours to meet her needs, and it's totally worth it. Sad for your loss.

I'm so sorry to learn about your dog. They do that when it's time to pass. They sense it and wander off to find a good place. I've had 2 dogs get to that point... SO SAD. I followed the second out into a field not too far from home... and I brought him home to bury him and set up a little marker. Shasta... the BEST friend a man could have. My condolences.
