my mother in law uses one on a bench grinder to trim her toe nails and clean the plaque off her teeth

in the 1990s we used these for making armor and called them scotch bright wheels. I found I like the sanding belts for a belt grinder maybe more then these wheels.

My Scotchbrite EXL fine deburring wheel is one of the best investments I’ve made. I cut a lot of metal, especially with a bandsaw and the part always gets a once over with the wheel. Also use it to clean up tools. Didn’t realize they had them for side grinder. It’s on the shopping list.

These work well, but boy can you burn through them in a hurry if the metal is to jagged. Surfacing imperfections off like light rust on flats is where they really shine.
