I'm non-celiac gluten sensitive. I've been 100% gluten-free for over 5 years now. I was having stomach issues for years, and I didn't know why. I had all the allergy tests and a colonoscopy to rule out celiac. My doctor said the only way to know for sure is to stop eating gluten for two weeks. I first cut out dairy for 2 weeks, because I thought it could be lactose intolerance. My stomach still hurt. I remember one time, I ate nothing but a plain bagel with nothing on it, and my stomach still hurt. Well, now I know why. I reluctantly cut gluten for two weeks... and now my life is changed forever. I felt 100% better. I call it a curse, because I love to bake and love all baked goods and bread. I hope you find out the exact allergy!
