It isn’t. My wrist is quite stiff and I use too much active muscle force instead of elastic force. In SKANF the wrist has to be totally relaxed. I’ve tried to learn SKANF but it’s VERY difficult.

@@joelholopainen6865 I just started like 2 weeks ago and I rotate between no spin, Skanf and military half spin and for me personally I find Skanf the easiest but not the most precise. The most precise of the 3 is by far ( as a beginner) military half spin, the most consistent sticks from 4-5m+ I get with Skanf and regular no spin is wildly inconsistent. With bo shurikens I'm a lot better than with knives for no spin somehow.
