A FREE Dyson DC07 Precision - First Look

A work colleague offered me this before she took it to the tip! A well used and down on it's luck DC07 Precision (not overdrive, who would be silly enough to call it that.....) in Black! Should come up ok if I can stop the strange noises from the brushroll!

I remember having one of these! I’ve had loads of Dc07s I can’t lie. I think I got it from British heart foundation. Lol, it was years ago

I picked up one of these for free on facebook marketplace the other day. It was in such a terrible state! Lots of broken bits, so I've broken it down for parts and used them in my other Dc07 & Dc14 models

If I could I would take the front head hub caps tools Handel hose and tank I would tune my into a new dyson and the hoisting cuz mine broke lol

This is a Precision model not an overdrive, there was no DC07 overdrive, sorry to be a perfectionist! 😝

Marc Leslie That might be why I'm getting confused! Not actually touched it yet, but I reckon the wallop that caused the housing to crack is to blame, I have a spare housing ready to fit and try when I get it refurbed

It's most likely the brushroll Sam, they all go like that in the end, very suprised you've not had one like that before, I'd say at least 50% of the origin models I get have some sort of brushroll noise issue!
