I eat yogurt with chia seeds and some slivered almonds and some granola in the mornings. Yay us! The smoothie looks so good. I love that you have your daughter help you put things into the blender! That's awesome. Get her used to doing things to help out. This lentil sauce looks great. Thanks for sharing.

Great video Meghan! I love that your daughter eats the same healthy food as you and your husband and that you let her be involved in some food prep as well (loved those chubby little hands in the date balls). I just found your channel a few weeks ago and I'm enjoying past videos as well as looking forward to future content. Would you mid sharing the ingredients in the mayo you eat? I too love mayo but have given it up due to so many added sugars, bad oils etc. I'm in the USA and might not have the same brand choices as you have in Canada so that's why I was curious about the ingredients. Thanks! :)

Just found your channel, first one I watched was the one with you talking about IBS and C-Diff from 5 years ago. I am just recovering from C-Diff. Did you control or cure it with your diet? No diary or gluten? Very basic home cooked food?
@meghanlivingstone8 ай бұрын
Hello! I have a whole updated video about how I healed my gut, you can search it on my channel. I recovered from C diff with the use of antibiotics (this was over a decade ago) but my journey to improving the IBS I had afterwards was a totally different thing and the low FODMAP diet helped me the most xx

Perfect I love your approach to intuitive and mindful eating. ❤❤❤❤ I have to stick to what is available which is not always what I would love to eat .... does it happen to you? Any idea of how to combine oranges for breakfast for example?
@meghanlivingstone8 ай бұрын
For sure, sometimes we need to eat in a more practical way (what's available to us, where we are, etc.) and that's okay. Oranges are great on the side with eggs or an omelette, or can be blended into a smoothie!

Just this morning discovered your channel and I like it very much. However, I’ve just been stopped in my tracks with surprise because you are absolutely the first American I’ve ever heard who can pronounce Worcestershire sauce CORRECTLY. It just tripped off your tongue so easily and naturally - no stumbling “woos-worse-worst-wusstra-shyer etc”. I’m impressed. You even did the soft “sher” instead of “shire” at the end. You’ve probably guessed I’m British. Glad to have found your channel and will be catching up with your tips and recipes. Thanks Meghan.

Why are we here in this life? Why do we die? What will happen to us after death!!!
@kimberleelee438 ай бұрын
Read John 3:16 King James Version Bible. God sent His only begotten Son Jesus to die for our sins. You have to realize that you are a sinner and ask for forgiveness. Ask Jesus to come into your heart. It's simple. When we die, we will either go to Heaven or Hell. I hope you choose Jesus ❤
