I live in a small town and the road out is very dark at night with no streetlights. Like 7 years ago I was driving to work at midnight and it was storming and a big ass tree came down right in front of my car and totalled it. I couldn’t even tell what I hit at first. My boss’ reaction when I called her was “well… I guess it’s okay if you’re an hour or so late tonight.” I don’t work for that company anymore. Anyway thanks for the video. Cool and good.

A pretty interesting game, I feel like this was inspired by Burger and Frights considering the incredibly similar aesthetics and plot beats. Also I feel like due to the nature of the game there's definitely a lot of details that could be missed. One detail I noticed right at the get go is the protagonist opening his eyes to a bar, another was when seeing the ghost face on the rearview mirror appears, a teddy bear is left bheind that Manly missed.

Plot Twist… The traffic holdup in beginning of game (which Manley skipped by taking the off ramp instead of going straight) is caused by the accident the player character killed the Family and him/herself. Just my guess and is not cannon. Altho if it IS, it is purely accidental.

Manly in video games drives like I do in my nightmares. Though usually in my nightmares the brakes don't actually work. That or for some reason I'm in the back seat or passenger seat having to drive while not being able to reach the brakes. Gotta hand it to the developers though, this was a ghoul concept. Definitely captured that weird "am I in a dream?" feeling mixed with the creepy feeling of driving alone at night in a rural area.
