@@campfarwest2288 It is cold hearted to request that one who is widowed put 100% effort into their new love? Any widowed person worth their salt would know their new significant other or spouse has feelings and emotions that are just as precious and fragile as theirs. And would never desire to make their new love doubt. They would at all cost make their new love feel #1 in their heart and life, and not be just the one I am with because the one I truly want to be with is dead. The widowed get no special passes because they are widowed. When they make the choice to bring someone new into their life, they are taking on the responsibility for that persons emotional well being, and living in yesterday, making them feel 2nd best, the runner up, is not how it is done. How and why do people consider even bringing another person into their lives ? Did they not love their deceased partner. I lost my wife and i can never ever be with another id rather be dead than to betray my love to my wife if i have to be the only one who will go alone then so be it. Is there any loyality to the deceased spouse. Even if i do try with someone else np on can answer the question when i see my wife again and she asks me why did i not persue another and i tell her because im loyal to you. Why do people even consider another?

Because some people fall in love again and nothing wrong with that. But of course, some widowers/widows remain single and nothing wrong with this either.

Isn't that cheating on your deceased if hypothetically you were to? Or isn't that slapping your deceased in the face . It seems that no one considers what your deceased spouse would think. I don't know I'm no expert just a failure

@@tetianawatson9507 I agree nothing wrong with it but I will never do it. Too much loyalty to my wife plus I will not be responsible for another life when I didn't protect the love of my life from cancer but its my problem

@@ronaldfank7187 it is not cheating! The person is no longer here.. Bible says wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives. If the husband dies, she is free to be married to whom she wishes, only if it is in the Lord. Same goes when wife dies. Husband can remarry. Of course this is not for everyone. But don't judge those who want to move forward with their lives. But those who aren't willing to move forward, shouldn't be involved with other person simple as that

@@ronaldfank7187 I understand you. My grandmother was the same way after my grandpa died. She said she would never remarried, even if he died young she would have been young widow. But there are many successful stories of remarried widowers and widows and blended families! Because God can use the pain for purpose! But again this can happen only if widower person chooses to put this pain aside and open their heart again. It is easier to say than to do. But all things are possible for those who believe 🥰🙏
