It's become only about the destination rather than the journey to become the individuals best self. Nothing artificial lasts forever without some inauthenticity. Funny thing is that nature and the natural order will always last through everything. There are ways to enhance yourself naturally but it's a slow rewarding process. No shortcuts to being great forever

Not at all. There will always be resistance to any enhancements. Right now, there are plenty of people who are off the geid one way or the toher.
