Hey gorgeous girl, just a note! Make sure your conditioner is ok to leave in. Some aren’t and have a higher pH that you must rinse out. Over time it can damage your hair if you leave it in. You can call/email the company and ask them 💕💕

Believe it or not since I started wearing my hair natural - my guy friends always give me compliments which I never expected or got when I was straightening it. Honestly girl, curly hair is so beautiful and so many people love love loveeeeeeeeee curly hair!!!

I've only been using one curling cream since my transition and I don't see myself changing it up soon because I love it: Shea Moisture, coconut & hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie!

It's definitely in layers! I just got a curly cut which basically means that its a cut specific for curly hair so it'll look weird if it's straightened (so it purposely stops you from straightening your hair too)

I put it through a hair tie once into a loose pony tail at the top of my head, and I sleep with a silk pillow case!

But Nature box has sulfates in it. I have the shampoo amd conditioner and there are sulfates in both of them

Just discovered your channel/videos, and I’m glad I found someone with the same issue as me. My heat/keratin damage looked like yours (your first curly hair transition video). My top layer of hair does NOT want to curl (I’ve only just begun my journey, 2 weeks in!). I’ve been watching so many videos and it’s information overload lol. I do wanna ask though, in terms of deep conditioners, do you look at protein vs moisture? Both? It looks like your hair transitioned relatively quickly, amazing! So yeah I’m in a deep rabbit hole of protein vs moisture, any tips?

To be honest I wasn't really aware of the whole protein/moisture balance during my transition but I do know that I used products that were super moisturising because I feel like hair that is in transition, needs that more than it needs protein. Overall, I would go for the moisturising conditioners - and occasionally using products with proteins.

@@LayanneBu ty ty for the reply. The consensus seems to be that most curly hair needs moisture over protein. So I’ll go with that until I learn more once hairdressers open up here in Toronto 😩

I've gotten my hair bleached cuz i wanted highlights like 7 months ago then during quarentine i dyed it twice cuz i got bored🤦🏻‍♀️, is their any specific thing that u know i could do to help my hair My hair right now literally refuses to go even 2c like its so just no My natural hair is 3a and i was still transition whilst dying and straightening my hair ik im a fcking idiot🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Lmao sorry this was so long😂

If I were you I would deep condition it frequently but also cut my hair because I'm not sure the curls will be able to come back after the bleach and dye! But, try to deep condition it and do all the steps in the video to see if some curls come back, otherwise cut it girl!!
