Do you have any tips for not tensing up while playing? I notice how relaxed you appear while playing and it’s something that has always hindered my progress, especially when playing for an audience. Even just playing alone though, if I play rumba, for example, the speed seems to make my forearm cramp under the tension.

So in the harmony section you are playing 1st and 6th note of the "C scale" which is is C and A. Then you play D(open string) and B (open string) because D is the 2nd note in the "C scale" and B is the 7th, which places them 6 notes apart. Does the pattern continue as E and C after??

Do you mean the short 6th harmony notes that she plays at 8:07?

It's the g string followed by the top e at the 9th fret, then move down a step(2 frets) to the 7th fret and hit g then e, then do the same at the 5th fret.
