I replaced the LCDX with the carbon fiber one..not really much weight difference..but the clamp is more comfortable.

Strange comparison, but for the other hand - most iconic dynamic vs variation of the most iconic planar... BTW, i have new revision HD600 (no marble painting, different acoustic panel damper, etc.) - it does stretch over time, but without additional effort (like living it stretching on something) - it takes pretty long. If you don't wear it regularly - it stiffens back)

9:03 LCDX ..that vocal range has a dip ..but unit variations has more or less..mine is slightly better than my friends LCDX (we got ours within a month of each other)

I used to EQ them because internet, but lately I've been runnning them without EQ and enjoying them for the quirky, unique, beautiful pair of cans they are.

@ the better the recordings and productions, especially if the vocals are presented more upfront no EQ is required and besides for a lot of musical OST’s and EDM they are phenomenal headphones. Have a great weekend and if you partake have a great Halloween.
