@29:35 Sleep deprivation has been used as an antidepressant. It can be pretty amazing but very unsustainable. At least I haven't found a way to do that yet.

I'm heading to Thailand (Chiang Mai) tomorrow, considering it as a retirement location later this year. I'm in Germany now, and very weary of the long, grey winters. The tap water is poor in Chiang Mai, and the burning season is unhealthy, but I could leave for that period. There are no perfect places, but some are just deal-breakers based on personal preference. I'm not a religious person but a Buddhist country is more appealing to me than a Catholic one at this point, although I have no interest in joining either community. Introverts don't care too much about language barriers or finding friends, and expats are usually found everywhere except in the remotest places.

Hey Sara, you often mention eating according to environment and it being superior as it’s what’s natural (to keep it short). And I agree. One question, I‘m in northern Europe (specifically Vienna) and have major suspicions of an underactive thyroid. Would carnivore not just make that worse?

I live only an hour from the beach. It’s the other people that ruin it for me, But I discovered a dog beach that’s great! It’s less crowded and surf fishermen thinly spread throughout so you may even see them catch something exciting.

Different don't mix very well. It's better to live in a place where people have similar values as you.

Why dont people who live adjacent to the equator don't rank high in lifespan. I realize they are poorer countries, but the importance of sunshine should compensate.

Pupusas are so good, you should have tried ;) Anyway, what is your blood type? Do you think one's blood type can help customize an optimal diet?

having Scottish heritage and living in Australia is hell at times. i crave the cold and cant explain why. Most people here are lizards and complain like crazy when its cold. You should try spend some time in Perth if you haven't been there yet. Its a desert so the water is shit otherwise has a lot to offer
