7:05 what you're doing is IRONING, not "pressing." I only learned the difference recently: *Ironing* is moving the iron around, which pushes the fabric as you demonstrate. *Pressing* is literally pressing the iron in one spot, lifting it and moving it to another spot and pressing again. There are videos that demonstrate the difference (which is where I learned).
