This is a sequel to my video from earlier this year. From the Easternmost coast of Korea along the Great Wall of China and through the Mongolian Steppe all the way to the Crimean peninsula, Eurasia was home to one of the largest steppe empires in history. But what did it feel like to wander around these regions? Would you see free-roaming horses in beautiful formations? Was the water of Lake Baikal cleaner then it is today? And how many forests where to be found?

Turkmen visa is compared to the north korean one in terms of difficulty, there probably aren't many videos to use.

This looks beautiful but also terrifying and quite sad. This is the place from where both mongoloid turks and proto-indo-europeans emerged. Both of their society was pastoralists, barbaric and extremely hierarchical. They both attacked india and brought their hierarchical culture with them. This still persists to this day in my country india which seems to have inherited the caste system. Unlike chinese and egyptian civilisations, which were built by agriculturist and farmers, the roman, persian and indic civilisation was made by pastoralist by capturing previous civilisations. When I look at the history of india, the literature mentioning advent of indo-aryans, the aryvavarta and the total history of ancient india, the interaction between south indians and northerners, the tamil literature mentioning aryan kings of north and the coming of brahmins into south, I feel sad. It's so heartbreaking because those differences although diminished have not been erased. I can feel tamil poetess Avaiyyar warning ancient tamil kings against imported foreign ideas of brahmins and their culture. They couldn't see the threat. Only if those steppes had never existed, world would have been more peaceful.

Some time ago I read a little story about an elephant chained to a peg in a circus. A child marveled at the big strong elephant and asked why it wouldn't just break free and run away. It was then explained to the child that the elephant had already been tethered here in the circus as a child. And as a child he tried for a long time to tear himself away, hurt himself, sored himself bloody. It did not help. This is how the elephant learned that he couldn't do anything against the chain and the stake and hasn't tried since those childhood days. He had internalized that it was no use. Your story about India is history. The Indians live in present now. And they can define their future themselves. The steppes aren't responsible for Indias problems, but the Indians do. And it's THEIR job to change :-). Like M. K. Gandhi said to the British: "It will be Indian problems."

@LonelyWolf So the Indo-European ancestors are supposed to have wiped out the entire male pre-population of Europe? I'm assuming you have proof of your ridiculous lie.

"Attacked India" theory has been debunked long ago... There were no signs of struggle and no remains of any weapons were found..IVC was already on it's decline when Aryans arrived .. So Archeologists concluded that it was rather a migration and peaceful assimilation with the locals ..

@@ashwinikumarsingh4474 "peaceful assimilation" which resulted in birth of caste system! Isn't it?

@@Aman-qr6wi Caste system, which is based on birth, is a relatively new concept....they followed Varna system, which was based on work, occupation and qualities (and not on caste and birth)..so there were many Brahmins who were born in a low caste as well...around Gupta period, this system slowly started to become birth oriented, which meant the offspring of Brahmin will essentially be called a Brahmin regardless of what occupation he chooses.. some malpractices and monopolies started to take place...but it was still fluid, meaning that intercaste journeys still took place..but Britishers made it more rigid under their divide and rule policy...
