These long tunnels are Mining Adits. You need to take someone along who can ID what mineral they were following. Fantastic stuff NickyB. I'd be there in a heartbeat but I'm in Oz.

Hiya Nikki, I don't think they mean carving from the bottom up,, if you look at the roof and walls in places you can see where water has run down from above through cracks. Of course that would take thousands of years to carve out this cave and tunnel system so man most likely was taking stuff out. Keep in mind quarrying an area doesn't automatically mean taking out multi ton blocks, it could mean the sand , the pebbles maybe even minerals that they were using at the time. As always a brilliant honest video my freind, take care now👍😊

Yeah 2bf i didn't even look at it that way.. With regards to the water running through the cracks from above it could possibly be the weather? I did see signs of water seeping through the gaps fron above.. Fair point about the quarries.. My brain automatically thinks big blocks/boulders etc.. Appreciate you taking the time to comment 😎💚

This sounds like the start of a poor joke🤣🤣🤣 I'm not too sure I can't say I've looked into King Arthur too much.. I did visit Tintagel a few years ago and did a bit of digging and read that he could just be a myth🤷🏻‍♂️ Would love to find out though! 😎💚

@@NickyBsHistory Oh m'dear chap, I like your camera work (and it IS work) but when it comes to ancient Histories you need to learn these Histories before you specify Named Kings of our island, for example; we were (and still are) Icht, Khumry, Lloegren and Britto. Our Kings are well documented from 504BC to 1091AD and I suggest that anyone suggesting king names should learn who the kings are before all else. Your videos are rather good, unusual, in depth and most welcome to all viewers (of course). Thank you.
