Hey Family - It’s just heartwarming to see the kids connecting with their kin and supporting family weddings along with participating in a youth conference. For some reason I thought you guys were already set up with Solar - kinda goes hand in hand with the battery setup. The season changing along with the Lake melt must make travelling across it somewhat concerning because you have to be so cautious that you don’t end up taking an unexpected dip. Trout is one of my fav fish to eat - agree cooking over an open fire changes the whole flavour. As always it’s a delight watching Lando run free!

Having a family cabin on a very productive Trout stream, I grew up on “Brookies” but never had a Lake Trout? On the lake in MN, the men fished for Walleyes! And that is fine sweet dining. ❤

Love those clay pot cookers for baked chicken. The skin always comes out perfect everytime and the meat juicy and tender. Baked chicken: 1&1/2 hours at 480. My husband argued with me the first time I cooked one like that. He said there was no way it wouldn't be burnt to a crisp. It wasn't ! LOL
