Thank you so much... All the butchers will generally have ground beef ready on the counter however the key focus will be getting that fat in there so around 80% meat and 20% fat... for the meat part just get whatever part you like as that will change taste and slightly the texture... as long as you get 80-20 mixture u should be good to go..
