"How to make what you have, Enough". Great question! 🙏🏾❤️

Love the message in this video. How you do one thing is how you do everything, the one burner, and the excuses we have to put off doing things. This is my favorite kind of video you produce.

Cheers to you and your journey of sobriety ✨️🎉✨️🎉✨️ I think of "how you do one thing is how you do everything" often. It's a great reminder to be aware of why and how I do what I do and gives me a mark to adjust to my highest level of excellence.

Self doubt is usally at the root of excuses and not taking action. Sometimes it's burried deep to where you don't recognize it as self doubt and self sabotage.

Thank you for being so centered and vulnerable enough to see... and hear... to ponder, and ask that question. I love how you bring these profound thoughts to the table. They inspire me to go deeper and reflect and see truth. A truth perhaps I didn't want to see much less accept. Of how fear has robbed my time. And how I have let it.

I use my rice cooker as a one pot cooker. Add miso to the rice amd water and add vegetables and once cooked just need a protein to go with. Easy 25 minute one pot meal. One burner to cook protein. There ya go! Peace, yes we always have a part to play so lets do and be!

Embrace your unknown thst is becoming your blessing. Fear doesn’t have to be dread. It can be our friend in awareness as we grow. Wonderful journey you are embracing! Keep smiling through it all! Peace

Thank you for this. I am about to go into my first shift at a fancy new restaurant and I am soooo nervous even though I know it’s just a job. Being working class I loose sight that people are still following their dreams, I’m happy for you.

What would I do with one burner? I remember when my mum had her renovated for her disability, they redid the kitchen but didn’t leave room for a stove. And we had to make do with a stove like yours. What would I do? Get bamboo streamers. And a rice cooker. Congratulations. おめでとう あなたの雰囲気が大好きです。とても落ち着いていて、とても暖かくて魅力的です。
