Those little 503 Galion graders are good for smoothing out gravel or other loose material but try to cut with one and you don't take off very much at the time in ground that has any hardness to it at all. If you cut ¼" at the time you doing something. They weren't made for cutting I don't think.

Do you still have it and would you ever want to sell it I ran one as a teenager during the summer smoothing dirt for the new roads hwy

Lol it never really gets used other than on the drive way occasionally I like to run it it's kinda challenging to run but it's fun
