I remember when the Duggar show first came on. My mom watchedi it and said to me you need to watch this, the kids are so sweet. I watched 15 mins and told my mom that something wasn’t right about them and later on things would come out about them. Sometimes I hate when I am right😔

This is gross. You make a baby; raise it. Don’t make your other babies raise it. I have a very well behaved 3 year old daughter and I have never and will never physically hurt her in my life. She understands boundaries and expectations and when she acts out we have a little chat. Honestly one look from her father could make her cry when she does something wrong because she loves him so much because he loves her so well. These people shouldn’t have children

There was a couple that had read enough of the Pearl's book that they thought it would be a good idea to use the pvc pipe to beat their kids and at least one of them died. I think it was about 10 years ago though and I don't recall if they were their biological children or if they were adopted. I had friends that would buy that book from second hand stores so they could destroy it.

That pastor is a creep and i knew it from the moment i saw it in the documentary. The way he went in for not one but two hugs...i wouldnt be surprised if he ended up getting charged for something really bad later.

As a loving mother, I cannot imagine spanking my child for almost an entire day! I can understand that some children are more strong-willed than others, but I would never want to break their spirit. I struggled with disciplining my children because I had been spanked harshly by my stepfather and I remember how that felt EMOTIONALLY!! I never wanted my children to fear me and I didn’t want to hurt them. There are better ways to teach discipline and good behavior than physical pain. Watching this made me sick to my stomach. There’s just a fine line where you can venture into madness and sometimes the wolves are hiding in sheep’s clothing. That soft, sweet voice is part of the facade. These shows exploiting families need to stop!!!!
