and THANK YOU for mentioning about pencil pressure and hand/wrist issues! I have severe osteoarthritis in them on both sides and remembering to do more layers softly, versus less layers more firmly, makes a HUGE difference! Fantastic information and a great feel, most pictures are great but Labradors and the last horse I find are very dark, and even under a light it is hard to see detail. A pity as all the drawings I have seen of Bonny's are stunning. Keep up the great drawing, you have so much talent and inspire so many. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously.

I notice that the lab tutorial doesn't include the original photo. So many drawing books don't include the reference photo. This makes drawing the subject difficult.

I’ve just received my book and I’m really disappointed in the colour reproduction with the Labradors and horse. This pictures are almost too dark to see. I shall see how they look under desk lamp but if no better I may be returning the book.

That’s a shame - sadly I don’t have any control over the printing as it was crafted by Walter Foster. The Labrador’s were drawn on dark paper so they are dark 🥰
