This was such a cool moment back in 2018. Obviously the moment is great all on its own, but for context, people involved with this game were adamant about the blades not returning so when this moment arrived it was just perfect.

Love, the detail from Kratos when it came to the reasons people end up in Helheim. "It is dishonourable to grow old?" Sparta was one of the few societies of it's time to have an immense respect for the elderly.

Yes, it was a different outlook on growing old. In a time of constant war and death always imminent, growing old typically meant that you had the fighting prowess to survive that long.

Going to get the Blades of Chaos is the best story moment in this game. And one of the best gaming moments ever. Even people who don't know about Kratos backstory with those Blades get chills during that moment. The developers literally could not have made this part of the game any better. The writing, the acting, the music, the atmosphere, the pacing, everything was literally perfect. After finishing this game, I hope that you watch the documentary Raising Kratos on KZbin. It is a making of documentary, and they show some behind the scenes of the motion capture filming. Christopher Judge was literally crying when he said the line "I know."

So, the Bridge Keepers heart looked to be made up of a combination of green Nyquil and Vick's Vaper Rub. No wonder the boy got better so quickly.

Nice I was waiting for you to get to this part. Kratos getting Blades of Chaos again is such an epic and emotional moment. I know you watched a video on Kratos' and his past from the old games but I do hope you eventually you will play the older games at some point or at least the original trilogy. I think playing the games will you give you a broader understanding of Kratos and the things he did. Also I think it will give you more of breather to take in everything as the summary video explained the information pretty quickly as well as skipping certain information and didn't really give you a breather to take it all in. Anyway thanks for another amazing episode! ☺

Tips/added info: Spartan Charge (Blade Runic) is one of the most versatile moves in the game. it protects Kratos during the dash. The same case with Charge of the White Bear (Axe Runic). The shorter the animation for a Runic Attack, the better it is especially for first time player. Whereas longer animation Runic Attack will increase the risk of taking damage, meaning the player really need to use such Runic at appropriate time. === Very nice play. Cheers.
