"This device here has been crafted to your measurements." Remember at the end of the last game we left Mimir's head with Brok and Sindri. When we returned, we found Mimir lying on the floor. He said that the dwarves had taken an uncomfortable number of measurements before bickering about the weather. I guess this device was what they used those measurements for.

Fun Fact: Raeb the musician in the tavern is played by the game's music composer Bear McCreary. They modeled the character to look like him and of course the name "Raeb" is "Bear" spelled backwards. He even did the motion capture for the character playing the instrument that Raeb is playing in the game.
