Kinda wished during rapid response, civilian vehicles actually abided by traffic laws and attempted to pull over *TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD INSTEAD OF INTO THE ROAD* when they hear the sirens, as well as have police roadblock “those damn civies” editions to clear the way for later in the rapid response and on intersections, again like in real life

Forreal, that is one thing that bugged me beyond the annoying time penalty. Honestly makes me wish I could fucking arrest those civilians for not abiding by traffic laws...or at least ticket them.

as much as i love NFS HP 2010 i feel as if one more addition would cement this game as perfection, if as a reward for completing the game or just as a standard feature, a exhibition mode where you can choose the car class, the track, the time of day and weather as well and what game mode it can be played on (not multiplayer of course). this game would have infinite replayablity with that feature.

The feature we all wanted but never got, I wish I could play every event with the SL 65 AMG Black Series, that car shreds even the Exotic Cars' Class Also, something that could be easy to do is an option to make your own race routes or at least play every route available in reverse; I was legit expecting something like that in the remaster, but we just got better graphics and stickers :/

This game is not just in my top 5 racing games of all time, but top 5 games of all time. The trailer by itself is probably the best video I have ever seen. This was a game where you could tell the developers LOVED cars, and anything to do with exhilarating driving.

This one still remains one of my favorite games in the series. Quite naturally I always play the Cop Mode. Great graphics and beautiful cars. The AI is amazing.❤ I hope they do a new one in the future

If you ask me, a few years ago I started to see Underground as the spin-offs. NFS always had police chases since the first game, it was all about racing expensive cars in open roads, the physics were always towards the arcade side, they were engaging enough for everyone to enjoy. While Underground is a part of my childhood, I do wish EA and more people realize the best NFS games were 3 to 5. They might be simple for today's standards, sure, but they offer a driving experience and challenge (at times) which I haven't found in other arcade racers since. HP 2010 is probably the closest the franchise has ever gotten to recovering its former glory, for me, ever since I played the remaster it has become my favorite NFS game. I should play it again soon. Nice to see other people like it as well! Also. Cars and Ace Combat? Consider me interested.

This is the only NFS game other than rivals that I don't mind having a car durability meter. It makes the chases more exciting unlike Heat and Unbound, where it feels like you have to run and hide instead of fight.

I loved Hot Pursuit, I bought the Limited Edition for the PC back in the day, which sadly didn't get the DLCs the console versions got. So this was a must-buy, just for the DLCs!

Have very recently bought a PS5. Missed this on PS3 as I dint have one at the time. I have started my PS5 journey with this NFS and Stellar Blade. I am having a really great time with this game on PS5. Maximum graphics mode on PS5 is a game changer with locked 60 fps and 4k.

I love the game im top rank 21 as a cop & a racer. Back in 2010 i had it for my xbox 360 till my xbox started acting up with that red ring light, i was so upset that my xbox stopped working. When i purchased my PS5 and found out there's a remastered version being released i was so excited that i purchased right away 😂 and since its crossplay for all platforms xbox one s/x Playstation 4 Playstation 5 PC and Nintendo Switch. Online multiplayer is where the fun is at also so competitive players out there.

Kinda late but This was a good video I didn’t think you would do NFS Reviews. I love Hot Pursuit; you forgot to mention how Cool the Turbo Boost sound is too. Plus You might not read this but I have a theory. Hot Pursuit is some kind of Corporate War. Now you may be wondering how? Have you ever noticed the two companies HudsenTech and HCM? You know the two Companies that are arming the Cops and Racers literal military grade weaponry. They are taking advantage of the Rivalry between the Cops and Racers for more Profit. Some descriptions of the Cop Missions even mention Hudson Tech and explain why that Interception is even happening. Maybe the entirety of Hot Pursuit the Racers, HudsenTech vs. the Cops, HCM. I mean where does the SCPD get its funding for Interception Units and RoadBlocks from? Where do the Racers get New Cars from? I think not only does HudsenTech and HCM make the Pursuit Tech but the Cars as well. They are the only names Companies in the game. I wish I would go into more detail but It’s hard to explain it without it being extremely long making a TLDR.

I realy didnt like the one vs one cop vs racer events where you played as a cop. Missing your target and then having to turn 180 which felt like ages was one of the more frustrating expereinces in the game. On the other hand, i relay liked cop time trials because you had to be so precise.

I absolutely love this game, it is the brightest gem among gems. But the one problem I have with this game that you didn’t mention is the rubberbanding. You’ll be putting a lot of distance between you and the police, then all of a sudden they’ll fly up to where you are at like Mach 10, much, much faster than that car can normally go. I understand why they do it, but I still don’t really like it, breaks the immersion a bit.

You might suck honestly I have many wins with at least 15s of advantage over bots. You either way race more with time than with any drivers and try breaking your last record. Look at some world records speed and how many seconds they are ahead

I think the game is better off being about factory stock cars. I'm in the minority here but games with cars focused on performance index or heavy customization have done irreparable damage to racing games *Forza Horizon*. So people don't make abominations or busted builds, and having no customization lets the cars and their original designers speak for themselves rather than being plastered with *weeabo stickers and furry porn wraps*.

Another point I think sucks but nothing can be done, a few cars (I think 2 at least) were unfortunately removed from the Remaster due to licensing issues. Also the Remaster is honestly straight up just a rerelease rather than a "remaster" (exact same UI, HUD, graphics, lighting, foliage and map design), sure there's little bits of changes to lighting and reflections but nothing drastic, side by side you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from Remaster compared to the 2010 release, honestly just goes to show how amazing Hot Pursuit looks even to this day. Like legitimately, this was a 2010 game.

Rubberbanding only happens with ai opponents. When you get far ahead of them enough they get a massive speed boost that lasts until they catch up with you
