Thank you for sharing that. Regarding the "loss" of your husband, I would like to highly recommend the book "In Search of the Hereafter", by Reginald M. Lester, in which he writes about the passing of his wife and his journey to reconnecting with her. Unfortunately, it's out of print. I see that Amazon has a used copy for $50. That's a lot, but it's worth it. Perhaps you can find a used copy elsewhere, It's a must-read for anyone who has lost a spouse. Blessings.

I love that attitude of not fighting disease but working towards health. It is a better use of energy and better to focus on. I know with me focusing on health, healthy foods, healthy environment, healthy experiences that actually helps me manage something like the arthritis far better then focusing all that energy on the arthritis and the pain that comes with it. I don't ignore the pain. I self-care in a healthy way as I need. That means focusing on what is healthy. What is healthy actually helps more then just popping some pill. I also focus on living in the moment and being aware of what is around me and not the things that caused the arthritis to begin with. I think it is allowing my body's own healing ability to work, especially to work on releasing trauma stress that is inbedded in certain areas. A kind of focused meditation work directed towards my physical body.Things were so bad I couldn't pick myself off the floor. But those exercises, releasing that, increased my physical strength, giving me more energy for daily function. So yeah focusing energy on health, healthy diet, healthy environment, healthy living helps.

I'll be watching - 40 years ago, when I was 15, my Mother crossed over. When I was 19, my Father followed her. I struggled for so many years with alcohol. I love Spirituality and I also love Science, and both helped me to give up alcohol. I have become cynical and critical in sobriety, but I still believe. I look forward to this. ❤

I was not there when the fire happened I had already moved to the mainland to be near my grandchildren. I have not had a near death experience personally, but I am very familiar with the other side and I’ve always known things other people don’t know. I am also a caretaker and understand what it’s like to put others care over my own. I am trying to take that and work with that now at 73 years old. I give thanks and gratitude for you speaking out and so much love behind what you’re doing. Anyone who has the guts to send you insulting messages, I am sure you know they are as Dr. Lorraine Day states in her book “ Who Rewrote The Bible and Why” Lorraine stated Americans are very rude ! She is so right. I was born and grew up in Germany before coming to live in the US and found being treated by many who never learned good manners. Anita your experience is true healing from our Creator. This eludes many who are mind controlled by organized programming in their minds. Chris Bledsoe was healed and got the same bad treatment from the mind controlled and programmed bunch. You are a super wonderful person !!! Love your wonderful testimony.

What a beautiful, loving and uplifting interaction. I have seen many interviews with the amazing Anita but this is one of the best. So many wonderful things were said and I am so happy to hear this. Sometimes we feel selfish taking care of ourselves and not "fighting the fight of the world". But spreading love and joy, by just being your loving self, and "contaminating" people with this comes naturally. Its not always easy. These times tend to take you down. I see so many people struggling. But there is also opportunity there. To take these challenges and find your inner strength, peace and unconditional love. Having gone through so many challenges these last couple of years, (financially, closed my business, healthwise, went through metastatic breast cancer, my husband got shot) I know that it is possible. I was scared and still am sometimes, but it's not taking the drivers seat anymore. I found a place of immense gratitude, love and awe for life. Not fighting, but yes, lovingly letting it all unfold and great miracles will start happening in your life. Lots of love and expansion to all! ❤

Hi, love your work, but please stop interrupting your guest so often. It feels a bit rude, and it actually disrupts why I tuned in I would value hearing more from your guests, not your intrusive comments about what you think they will say, or what your opinions are about their journeys. of course, it’s your show, but at least give them free reign to talk the way they’re giving you reign to talk your guest here did not interrupt you even once that I heard, and yet you disrupted her countless times, it was not fun to hear in that way. The constant disruptions mixed with a toddler disrupting. The interview all felt a little unnecessarily chaotic to me, and like a slightly missed opportunity with this wonderful gas who I have heard on other platforms and who incredible story literally created a turning point in my own life, you have no idea of whose evolution you are disrupting, delaying, fooling with when you keep inserting yourself into another human being, story. If you want to just have people listen to you, go on and on and on, commenting on your thoughts about other people stories without actually having the real person present, then just do that style. But don’t tease us and bring someone to the show only to distract half of what they’re sayingagain, thank you for what you’re doing and I don’t wanna give any adverse feedback, but I do want to honestly let you know the experience I had listening today please pardon any typos, I am just sending a voice transcription as that is the easiest way for me to comment, at the moment.
