i use to hate stair master now i do it for fun i swear its the truth gotta get out of comfort zone to make a difference, im literally training twice a day now, i lost 25 pounds in 1 month and a total of 40 in 4 months. i got a routine im sticking with it, sometimes they are disrupted but you work around it and you and the videos you post are helping me out to stay motivated so thank you BigBoy, maybe we meet at Fit Expo, as far of the haters I make them hate me more
