I once left my phone in a public restroom. A kind, honest person who found it called the last name I'd called which happened to be my son. My son told him I was camped nearby and the guy walked around calling my name until he found me. A lifesaver! So grateful to that guy!

The Same thing happened to my younger son a few years ago at a beach in Tel Aviv. The honest finder phoned the last number my son & his wife had phoned. Me: in Zürich. The man & his daughter waited until they saw a very Israel looking young man come searching around for something. 😂 So kind of the man & his little girl.❤

He’s not rare at all. It’s just that society has incorrectly branded the immigrants coming into our country as the outcasts from other countries that are criminals. That’s just not the case at all. Hopefully more than 1%. I always turn in a forgotten phone in a grocery cart etc. to the store manager. One time when I forgot my phone on the bus and traced it, the people were so happy I got to their house. I described it, and they watched me unlock it, and were happy I found it. I was so grateful. It really makes the whole difference to help get a phone back to a person. The amount of hardship you spare them is so huge. God bless this man for having integrity.
