I've been using epsom salt for my MS either in the bath or soaking my feet in it for about 5 years and I wouldn't be without it, I like how affordable it is too. I enjoy your videos about supplements, thankyou x

Here I am 😊 thank you for your kind words, Christmas was very different this year, it's not an easy thing to loose someone you 💜 so much. But her light is always with me and that keeps me comforted. Yay you for talking magnesium too, it's so nice to hear that it helps you too. Yes I find it definitely helps with mood and also a nice magnesium bath before sleep is just absolute bliss... Hi Laura another very informative video and I will definitely take away the information and incorporate more magnesium in my diet. So sorry for your loss I lost my gran around this time two years ago and it’s never easy. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Lisa x
