Years ago, I learned a valuable lesson. I had thought that a big, professional Broadway production wouldn't be THAT much better than some local theater. It was a revival of "42nd st", in a refurbished theater, and I can't even express properly how when you do it right, it's on another level. I was blown away, from beginning to end.

Me too! I so miss folks would start figuring out how to do proper covid protocols (like the West Wing cast did for their recent staged production of a former episode), film it and just charge a reasonable amount to watch the stream. They could charge $5 to $10, get millions of views, earn money and give us the arts back! I could see Broadway shows, musicians, even comics doing this. I thought by now they would have figured it out!

I wonder if it's the same ones I have found which were insanely overpriced? And where you had to join a membership. I had major surgery and only been cleared to start rehabilitation PR 3 weeks before the blasted pandemic hit. So needless to say I haven't worked in a bit. Plus I would think the secret to earning huge bux is to make it affordable to all versus price gouging the few. But sadly too many online don't get that concept. By the way what seems like ages ago I used to do PR, so I know a little bit about this LOL

We have lost some of our family members, friends or someone we know but this should not deter us from living. Beautiful song, great job, singers. Have you people seriously not reopened your theaters up there yet? We just had our 161st State Fair here in Mississippi in October, and the numbers have remained low and manageable, with recovery rate high and fast. Covid will always be here in this rotten world, like the pollution, poverty, and riots that we all know and love. It, like those other far worse world problems, is never going away under man's management. Get on with your lives and open your businesses and go back to work so you can make a difference; and be responsible and take care of your health. Covid is not destroying your lives and economy, you are.
