why buy this method if danaher himself have produced a bigger set explaining every position?

John Danaher's instructional is excellent. It's 10 hours long and very thorough. However, if you want a simple and competition-proven system for practising heel hooks that you can watch in under an hour, where I teach a complete beginner from scratch, then you might enjoy this alternative.
