I’ve been on monk-mode for around 6 months now, I can guarantee you your growth will grow in ways you can’t imagine and I can’t thank myself enough for starting, best of luck my brother ❤ Books I recommend for you are: - think and grow rich - the psychology of money -Way of the superior man - the courage to be disliked

Good for you! Don't forget to fight imposer syndrome.

You know, I hadn’t particularly thought of this as I dont really feel like one. That said, I am curious on what you mean by that, mind elaborating more how it could come about or what you had in mind? Might be a very good insight
@rsg722128 күн бұрын
@DotChris7 many young people deal with imposer syndrome because the environment they're in is not very open to new ideas. Overcoming insecurities is one of the best things you can do to accelerate your personal development.

In that case, I think a lot of people should be courageous enough to be the spearhead of change. You cannot be exceptional without being the exception. But yes the struggle builds you up faster than anything else could.

Could we get the notion template where you plan out your monk mode? Would be a huge help thanks

For sure buddy, will post it on Saturday with the new Monk Mode Ep.2

one question.... would you do all of this if you couldn't document it and upload it on social media?
@DotChris728 күн бұрын
Good question indeed, as I have done it before without documenting it but with being able to upload about its another way to keep accountable and push harder then before. In the end even while documenting and posting it and me trying to be as transparent as possible about it, there are still a lot of “private victories” that aren’t seen or told. I think documenting it is a great thing for the future to look back on

Bro im currently 5 years of social media and porn addiction i want to stop this but always relapse 😭
@DotChris728 күн бұрын
@@Bro-l3d it might be that you’re going at solving this the wrong way? Personally I started to see a lot of change when I started making changes in other areas of my life

One suggestion: stop swearing. It's better for your mind and soul and improves your communication a lot.
@DotChris722 күн бұрын
Interesting thought, while I do agree with you and I’ll keep it in mind, I don’t want to try and force myself to speak or act differently than I would when speaking with a friend, so that’s part of it. But I really appreciate the feedback will keep it in the back of my mjnd

Maybe you should read a religious book to get closer to God. I am planning to read the Qur'an.
@DotChris728 күн бұрын
@@oreokarail I am indeed, currently reading the Bible but I would like to read more diverse things aswell.
