We need to empower the 'Feminine'. Men have the feminine element within them as well. Please make no mistake; women are capable and willing, given the right circumstances of empowerment, to exercise their 'masculine' elements. I assert that 'masculine' elements within us have brought us to where we are. I also assert that the words 'feminine' and 'masculine' carry the baggage of association to biological gender when they are really only labels for particular ways to interact with the world.
