after that knee on belly , it looks like a variation of S-guard , except his left leg is above his right arm to attempt the triangle choke.

Knee on belly isn't stable but it gives you a dominant position and the option to hurt and squeeze air out of your opponent.

Hello, Chadi. Although we found the romanization for the name Kanemitsu Yaichibei, the correct romanization is Kanamitsu Yaichihyōe [かなみつ やいちひょうえ]. Common problems with ideogram readings...

I dont remember spiden guard but de lá Riva is Ashi kikasete Kaesu and x guard is mae kuzushi Gaeshi.Search the video Kosen osaekomi.You find alot names in This vídeo like Lasso sweep and half guard
Whose that judo guy who had a elbow joint problem and because of it he developed his own style of newaza. He was in the Olympics (I think in the 1960's or 1970's). I believe he won a number of Olympic medals. He wrote a book about his newaza techniques.

As far I concern the Scorpion (lock down) already existed in Judo, but it was more used as a stalling position.
