I am thrilled to have a new custom suit from Stefano Bemer that is created by their Head Cutter, Eric Jensen. Here is how Eric tailors my jacket and trousers for the first fitting.

Dormeuil ECHO 841002
Echo is the stylish new Super 130's fabric from Dormeuil using two different Merino wools
sourced from Patagonia and Australia, and blended in a ratio of 56% Patagonian / 44%
Australian wool, expressly chosen for their differing characteristics.
The combination lends the cloth softness and unique performance, including natural
stretch, while the finishing process ensures maximum water-repellency. Dormeuil's innovation and concern for sustainability come together in Echo, making use of the latest ground-breaking forgery-proof blockchain technology to track and guarantee

The color is spot on! It is a sophisticated and regal color. It reminds me of my Borsalino Beaver Hat that is in charcoal gray with tint of olive green. A complex outfit with formal evergreen design.

I had to chuckle when the tailor did not want to say the word "crotch" when discussing the trousers.

I did find it to be a bit odd. I feel if you're professional enough you can say the word "crotch" without it being weird for anyone.

Thanks for a very informative video. I will never look at a suit again the same way I used to in the past. Question: Is there a set length for the suit jack or can this be varied based on the owner's preference the same way that an overcoat can vary in length? My wife and I debate this topic endlessly.

Seems like many adjustments for a suit made off an existing paper pattern...sleeve length and trouser length should be consistent, barring any dramatic changes in Kirby’s body shape..
