Well , I didn't check everything, but sqrt(-15) = sqrt(15)×i which is different from sqrt(15×i). Finally the last step is useless and wrong as you are just skipping 1/2. Just do the test for x2 and x3 and you'll see the result doesn't work

By inspection early on, x =-2 is a solution. Then divide the polynomial by (x + 2), and solve the quadratic. Much easier.

You really ought to delete this video and start over. I have another comment. The first non-trivial step that you took was to break the 12 into 8+4. There's no way shown that you can have decided how to separate 12 into two parts. I would have began by writing x^2-x^3 as x^2(1-x) and guessing that the solution for x could be found by factoring 12 and assigning one factor to x and the other factor to (1-x). The factors of 12 are 1,2,3,4, 6, 12, -1,-2,-3,-4,-6 ,-2. It's easy to see that -2 works. If none of the factors had worked we need another method but that's always more complicated. Once we have found x=-2, we would use synthetic division to find the other polynomial factor as x^2-3x+6 =0 and the quadratic formula would work just as you had done, except that you forgot to divide by 2a at 8:40. Finally, near the end of the solution, you brought the i into the square root, which made another error. Near the end of the video you seemed to introduce a brand new and very simple problem, a quartic equation. It has nothing to do with the original problem.
