A Perfect Smash Burger You Need To Try | The Golden Balance

The perfect burger doesn’t exi…..
Pickled jalapeños:
5 jalapeños
1 Tbsp sugar and salt
1 cup water and white vinegar
1 Tbsp pickling spices
2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
12 slices American cheese
6 sesame buns
This will make 6 burgers
2 white onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 egg
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon
1 cup veggie or avocado oil
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Buffalo or hot sauce
2 Tbsp sweet relish
1 tsp chipotle chili powder and smoked paprika
Salt to taste
2 russet potatoes
Double fry according to video and toss in Cajun
