Let's do some math here. You have an object that weighs 45 lbs (200N), hanging from a height of 2 stories, which is about 5.8 meters at max. Acceleration due to gravity = 9.8m/s^2 Mass of the object= 20.4kg Velocity of object just before impact = 10.66m/s Time = 1.84s Acceleration= 19.6 m/s^2 Force of impact= 399.84N In short, she took a hit with a force that is double the weight of a pork belly. Right to her back. How the fuck that manager did jack shit, especially after a warning that it could happen is beyond me

That's actually how each introvert acts, he acts like even the near death experience is nothing big. A small story time from me (Also an introvert), I had also a near death situation. It happened before Covid, I was racing on a go-kart track and my kart had a leak of fuel. When I got asked by my parents (Because I was and still am a teen.) why I had to change my kart meanwhile, I responded: "It had a leak. It could've got caught on fire." In the most bored out tone known to man and until just a few months ago, I didn't really think that I could burn alive in a kart because of a mechanical fault. (Luckily it was an open space track so the people working there noticed it fast enough and stopped before a real tragedy could happen and also no one except me was actually endangered by this whole thing. And if you're wondering, I stopped going there but not because my parents didn't let me or I was too scared but because of the financial struggles as the Covid struck and they couldn't afford to take me there, after like two or three years later, the track was closed because also from financial problems since they couldn't afford to keep the track. Now, I'm more interested in being a mechanic, artist, singer, guitar player or a game creator than a race driver but I still have the love for speed.)

8:50 probably because its so rare to have someone concerned you're alright in a public setting, a complete stranger helping you, cooperating with you, being nice. NeuroDivergence has been around forever, and those looking out for other people dont get treated nicely in regular working conditions and the people put in charge are obviously neurotically biased, caring about nobody or noone, but their immediate friends. Its speculated as people become older and older their care for following society bullshit slips and they ditch the social mask and just satisfy their needs to want to fix and help, and neurodivergence just gets stronger and stronger, and being old, nobody is threatened by you, so its easier to offer help without a negative reaction and be treated nicer than being young.

A 45lb pig landed on your back?!? Your so lucky to be alive and at the very least don't have a jacked spine or permanent damaged lungs. Even better it didn't land on your head and cracked your cranium. God bless your fine and strong.

God this story hurts, I've had a similar situation at my work. In the factory I work at all new people start as a roof crew worker, fix holes, replace old wood, that kind of stuff. One day I was moving a large rotten board to a scrap pile and my foot went through a hole that we didn't find yet and I fell about 25 feet from the roof to concrete. I'm about the size of a silverback gorilla so it was a lot of weight to hit to ground on my knees. I was rushed to the hospital and was let out the same day. My dumbass is a people pleaser too and I didn't want my coworkers to feel bad so this limping ape climbed back up the roof to help. I was embarrassed as my foreman looked at me like a dumbass and had me climb back down and sit for the rest of the day. The next day I stayed home because the pain really sat in and I couldn't walk without the pain of a knife in my legs. Oops

"Im not a monster, just a manager" I mean, you can be both.

7:04 I wholeheartedly agree with that. Had a back sprain and couldn't walk properly. I was so scared to go into the emergency room. Cause I didn't think it was that bad

This story sounds like the start of "Elysium". When are you going to join resistance and get a cool exo-suit?

Something lost to the people at large today is an old saying that I was taught by my grandfather before he passed. “If someone needs help, you help them”, that old lady is living up to how things should be and might have been using it as a lesson to teach to you the same.
