hi Monique, can you please tell me what's the name of the mudra
@moniqueaipassa82058 жыл бұрын
Hi Rose Mas, thank you for your question. First of all, all mudras are created and designed by Kim da Silva, author of an originally German book called "Gesundheit in unseren Hände" (health in our own hands). I noticed that the mudras have no specific names. The author only described the function and benefits of the mudras. I hope this answers your question. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

Hello Monique, U are very disrespectfull to Indian Hindu civilisation. All mudras are designed by Kim da Silva, that is such a BULLSHIT and LIE and THEFT of Indian Yoga science, religion and culture. Mudra´s are from Indian hindu yoga´s. U should also have some decency in crediting the hindus for mudras and not a german!!!!!!!! Do u also treat white civilisation like this this is the age of internet and free information, still u prefer to credit a german for an old hindu science, culture, religion and practice. shame on u!!!!

can the gap exceed more than 25 minutes? I mean can I do this once in the morning and the once in the evening?
@moniqueaipassa82057 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for your question Kas Poo. Yes, you can have a break of more than 25 minutes, so you can do this mudra once in the morning and once in the evening. The amount of "break" time between the mudra sessions are "minimum times". I hope this answers your question satisfactorily. Have fun with this exercise. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

ma'm I will do this because I want thick and long hair. but can I know for how many days it requires to see the result?
@moniqueaipassa82057 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question Kash poo. The answer to your question is not as evident, because it depends on a lot of factors, such as, your lifestyle, your medical background, how long you already have that particular condition, your family history etc. If you were to see an acupuncturist or Chinese doctor, they would ask you a lot of questions; you will be examined thoroughly and they would come up with a "chinese diagnosis" and a plan of action for treatment. Of course you would say yes or no to their recommendations. This is just to illustrate that I cannot answer you this question "just this quickly"... The designer and creator of all these mudras, Kim da Silva (author of the book "Gesundheit in unseren Hände") of which I have the Dutch translation, suggests you do the mudras at least one month, every day consistently. These things require your willingness to be patience and your commitment to do these mudras at for one month, every day consistently. You can combine doing this mudra with a positive affirmation by Louise Hay. Simply click on the link for my video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWWWaIlud5qXkK8 I hope my answer will serve you well. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

Hi plz suggest some mudras for hyperpigmentation
@moniqueaipassa82057 жыл бұрын
A wonderful good afternoon Neha Anand and thank you so much for your request. First of all, I would love to remind you that I am not a doctor. So if you are taking medication, or you are under treatment or you are having doubts about what to do, always consult your own doctor / therapist first, before applying any of my video tips. Take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. I do so myself (smile). Eventhough the designer of all of the mudras I have shown so far, Kim da Silva (author of the originally German book "Gesundheit in unseren Händen", which means health in our hands), does not have a mudra specifically for the treatment of hyperpigmentation, he does have one for balancing the energy of your large intestines. Now, I am a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist, trained in the holistic "system" of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese 5 elements philosophy, our large intestines and lung meridians are controlled by our Metal Element. They play a crucial role in keeping our immune system and skin healthy. Here are some videos I made a while ago that can support you in healing from the inside out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGO2i6R3mNmCgbM kzbin.info/www/bejne/enmUioyZidWhnpo kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHmnf3ejd9WZl6c Now, I also found an interesting youtube video that I just watched for the first time, that might be helpful as well. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKG4i4mhpc93m80 I sincerely hope that these videos serve you well. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

how long days should I practice
@moniqueaipassa82058 жыл бұрын
According to Kim da Silva (creator of all the mudras in my videos), it's best to focus on practising one mudra at a time for at least a week and notice what the (subtle) changes are in you health and wellbeing. It's important to realize that all mudras are meant to support you in your health journey. They are not meant to replace any medication or treatment that you are following. So always take full responsability of your own health and consult your doctor / therapist first in case you are having doubts.

thanks for your quick reply Monique:) I am doing the mudra for the past three days, I am losing my hair terribly in the period of two years, wondering why? but I believe the mudra will help me, if I get good results I I'll let you know, please keep loading if you came to know some other mudra for hair loss. Have a nice day!

what if you have had your gall bladder removed due to disease?
@moniqueaipassa82058 жыл бұрын
Dear circe801 thank you so much for your excellent question. First of all, the designer of all of the mudras, Kim da Silva, has also created a mudra specifically for gall bladder (issues). I will take doing a video for this mudra into consideration. Meanwhile, I did some research for you and I found some interesting websites that might be helpful for you. Simply click on these links: www.liverdoctor.com/things-you-must-know-you-dont-have-gallbladder/ and also: articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2004/04/10/gallstone-gallbladder.aspx#! Good afternoon to you Maheen Angel, thank you for responding to this video. According to the creator / designer of these mudras (Kim da Silva, author of the book "Gesundheid in unsere Händen" which means "health in our hands") you do this particular mudra 2 times a day, 3 minutes long and make sure that there is at least a "break" of 25 minutes between the two "mudra sessions". I hope this answers your question. Love and blessings from the Netherlands.

A lot of critics here..........look at Chinese Medicine and Art.......Tibetan and Japanese art and statuary......Mudras! They are Universal and come from spirit....my spirits give me mudras spontaneously, which come from no particular country, tradition or religion. What about using them and being grateful instead of indulging all of this egoical identifying and ownership. That is what separatism is about, instead of UNITY!
