I feel like this producer is such an expert at playing both sides that it's her entire personality. I have a hard time trusting people like this because they always seem vaguely dishonest.

Wow, did anyone else get a weird feeling from Jen's response to Bridget's question about the private conversation recording? It's such a significant moment from their past, and it seems like something that would be hard to forget. I mean, the door closed for just a minute before they started talking, so someone on Jen's team must have known right away. And if that's the case, it's shocking that not a single person showed any empathy or respect for Bridget's request. Is there no moral compass here? It seems like Jen had a higher status, so it's hard to believe that it could have made it to the editing room without her knowledge. But what really bothers me is that Jen couldn't just own up to it. Couldn't admit that she's grown as a person, that she was in the wrong, and that she's sorry. It's that simple! Bridget doesn't seem like she holds a grudge, but she deserves validation that she was treated unfairly. Even if Jen didn't do it intentionally, she could have apologized on behalf of her coworkers. I can't speak for you, Bridget, but personally, I'm so disappointed in Jen's response. You're amazing, Bridget! And I'm sorry that your privacy and boundaries were completely disregarded.

Yeeessssssssss I think all us old timers first rounders have noticed how insincere she is..... I don't want to be mean about her this may just be her way of speaking she's literally added nothing to the conversation at all......when talking about the mic being on you see how upset Bridget is to this day by what happened and the betrayal and the producer just immediately joked it off like I wasn't there in post.....if you wanted to become a producer and listened to this interview you'd be like that job sounds boring she done nothing none of what happened was her 🙄

She didn’t really take fault or blame on anything either she didn’t remember or she had no choice on “Final Cut” that was like her escape goat this whole episode…, also she sounds just like a producer exactly what I expected. She must still have a connection with E because she’s answered questions how someone who’s been PR trained would answer questions…

Holly! I love you so much!! I am sooo curious: did you ever consider suing the production company/Kevin's estate/Hef's estate for your fair share of the GND profits? Especially since there was no contract in place at all at the time. I am hoping there is some recourse for you and Bridget!!

I don’t know how I feel about the producer’s narrative. Just things like “you were our heroes it wasn’t pitting people against each other like bravo.” I was just thinking man oh man, I remember when this show first was on as a kid I was like oh they’re literally trying to pit these two against Kendra and it’s weird, because they’re all nice to each-other. Even at a young age I could see they were absolutelllly writing a storyline of you two vs Kendra and that was totally the show not you guys, so I don’t know how I feel about what she said there

I think that the producer wanted to believe that, but it was obvious that Kendra was being played as the “likable underdog star” while Holly and Bridget were supposed to be the “jealous unlikable villains”. Even Kevin Burns said in a recent interview (before he passed) that Kendra was “TV gold”, and he tried to portray Bridget as a jealous woman who was angry about the TV time that the ladies got. It’s very telling that Jen revealed what Kendra was REALLY like off-camera (hint: she wasn’t likable at all).

The producer contradicted herself many times in this interview. She defended bad things, Holly and Bridget deserve a HUGE SORRY absolutely. I get this isn’t all on this 1 producer at all, but if I was that producer, I’d be giving the biggest sorry to these girls. It is especially disappointing the way she played off about the producers getting cameras too close to their butts & Jen says “well they just want your most flattering angles” … like can we please wake up?? Stop protecting such terrible things. I get there are NDA’s , but you know that a genuine person wouldn’t have said a lot of the things she said. You can see some of the manipulation & gaslighting & especially downplaying of really bad situations these girls went through during the days of the show. I think the response to Bridget’s Shower Scene question was just morbid. Ugh it is 2023, and these girls still deal with other people selfishly protecting the terrible stuff from the early 2000’s over bringing light to the truth. These bad people can still make amends while there is time, we can only hope they’ll make the right choice. Bridget & Holly are really good people, us fans know the truth ❤

I don't believe for a minute that scene wasn't set up.. they totally sabotaged bridget, and I have mixed feelings about jen.. on the one hand at that point in the show, her loyalty lied in her job, and I understand that especially as a woman you have to work twice as hard as men just to have a slight chance at being treated equally, so I understand why she would choose her job.. what I don't understand is why she won't just admit it now and explain to bridget, because she didn't deserve that

This Lady totally isn’t being honest. Notice how whenever Holly or Bridgett ask for an explanation and she just starts shuddering and kissing their asses with compliments to distract as she tries to to think quick how to answer to smooth it over. Selective Memory as well. She was walking on eggshells.

1:16:18 now THAT is a story we want to hear! What was Kendra doing to make a tv show host ask "what is her problem" etc? Would love to hear whats going on with that. I cant believe she was acting so rude and spoiled so early on in your career. Its def not how shes portrayed on the show, she seems so fun and lighthearted; when in reality she's the opposite

The watch part is super weird to me...I'm taking a wild guess and thinking it was crystal who wanted the watch but honestly the sense of entitlement to think that since your hefs new girlfriend that you could just request something that was given to a former girlfriend and that she would just have to give it up... if this was the case crystal is even more entitled and delusional than I thought

I think the truth lies somewhere in between. This lady was at the mercy of a narc nightmare boss and Hef's weirdness. It must have been like walking a tightrope. Editing is a massive factor as well. I just don't think a young female assistant producer had that much power at that time, nor did she have the benefit of hindsight . It's such an awful, gross business filled with backstabbing, unethical, egomaniacs. I worked in glamorous fields (magazine, soap opera, fashion house) and you are treated like an absolute slave. I kind have some compassion for her too.
