The high low kudos thing is very similar to something my old summer camp would do, rose bud thorn. The rose is your favorite part of the day, bud is something you're looking forward to, and thorn is something you didn't like about the day

As someone who struggles with severe anxiety/derealization myself, I can relate to the tiredness and the almost business you experience in your head simultaneously, but lately you've seemed calm and content. This past summer, I went to a leadership camp that something similar to the highs, lows, and kudos. Although for us, we said one thing we were thankful for that day as well. It was nice to share and hear what others went through throughout the day. It was one week but honestly, that camp was a great experience. Something small like that daily activity can really bring a better atmosphere.
