I love this story!!!! It is one of my all time favorite stories! And there is NO ONE in the world better to tell it than Otis Jiry!!!!! Absolutely the best story teller on this Earth!

Wow im astonished at how well that story built up like that. Its not everyday anymore that i get to hear a truly good story. But it would have been a perfect story if the fight between the narrator and killer clyde manning was descriptivly discribed.

I know where this took place!!! You can probably see the road, bridge and even the rope swing on Google. No joke, the old truck is said to still be seen there but folks are quiet about the story of old Clyde these days. It's Oglesby Bridge Rd., Conyers Ga.

I loved this story top 3 from this channel. I actually thought that he was going to fight Clyde before he died.but that would have been dumb.only thing is that he died about when he was 70 years old.so does he have the strength to win ?

Alright, alright, I liked the ending. It saved what happened earlier in the story when he was fighting Clyde. After he tried swinging the bat and failed miserably I was shouting in my head, "Don't shoot him it's not gonna work! But you collided with his truck earlier so shoot his tires! Let's see that motherfucker drive off with 4 flats!"
