HOW DID I FORGET ROB?! sadly it might be better that i did because he really wouldn't have gotten that high, i'd probably put him just above king boo (luigi's mansion) in the bad to meh character section, just something about his more basic design alongside the weird voice clips, i've never liked him in mario kart, he's my main in smash he's adorable there and i have no doubt that he'd be a lot higher if they ever bring him back and use that design like i do love him as a character, but his ds look just does nothing for me. the famicom look would be above the nes look cos it's more vibrant :) Also i’d put the sonic mii suit just above Kirby’s for the same reasons as the rest of that general group. I didn’t think this video would make me realise how flawed my life is ngl :)

I think that Luigi’s Mansion King Boo does look generally better than King Boo, but it feels so... demeaning having him in Mario Kart. I don’t know, it just always made him feel so threatening in Luigi’s Mansion that he was always up to something, he wasn’t goofy like Bowser, he was always out for your blood and was willing to collapse dimensions to get his way. It just feels out of character for him to be in a spin-off like this, in a way that characters like Bowser and his troops don’t, and that feels like the reason they made two designs in the first place. Also idk what it is about him in Mario Kart but he just looks off, I think it’s his colors, his tongue usually a slick shade of dark blue that really contrasts the white on his body but accents the more vibrant magentas in his eyes and crown really well, but in Mario Kart they’re all blended into this sort of bluish purple that I don’t think looks as good. But also the expression seems weird, and his tongue looks weirdly swollen in his Tour art for some reason, it just doesn’t work out for me

Very comprehensive! I haven't seen many haters for Wario. You are only the second person I saw with a low opinion of him. At first, I hated Wario as a kid, but after seeing him in more Mario spin-offs and learning more of his traits, I like him. His personality can be standoffish though. The take on Luigi's Mansion King Boo is spicy! Up until now, I've heard nothing but praise for this look. I think it's because the plain white King Boo is rather sterile to most fans. Me? I like the white King Boo, as he's very easy to draw. Plus, that look fits with the general Mario aesthetic. Nice job!

For the don chan outfits, yes his costumes are references to the games! With his prince outfit based off the one from chibi dragon to fushigi na orb And the main outfit called hachimaki from taiko no tatsujin wii 2!

They’re from Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. It’s Nintendo’s attempt at an AR Mario Kart where you use your environment and little checkpoints to create a course that you drive an RC Mario or Luigi around through a connection to the Switch. Most of the costumes are ripped straight from Odyssey
