My sister had a Catholic house exorcism done in 1995. Activity dramatically died down, but it never left. One day in 2003 I visited her at her house. She, I , and her husband were talking at the kitchen table, when I felt a need to pray for them. So I excused myself, saying I was tired and was going to lay down on the couch and take a nap. I started to silently and mentally pray for them. No one knew of my intention except me. As soon as I started the Our Father, a large picture that was on the wall flew off the wall and crash landed far away in the opposite corner of the room. The crash was defeaning loud. The evil one reacts to prayer as well as holy water and other sacramentals. By the way, I didn't allow that parlor trick to distract me! I finished my prayers with no worry.

@@anne-marielouiserey4244 you may, and I’ll gladly tell 😊 I was an atheist for 35 years. I studied mathematics and thought my own thoughts were superior to those of any God. I had deep seated, stereotypical complaints about Christianity in general and Roman-Catholicism specifically, based on nothing but hearsay about so-called “conflicting texts and violent passages”. I was proud and judgemental, even though I reckonned myself the pinnacle of open mindedness and acceptance. A proud nihilist, motto was “doubt everything, nothing is real”. And then I was struck down with a very painful chronic illness. Something was VERY real, namely pain and suffering. How to deal with a meaningless life, while suffering immensely on a daily basis? Suicidal thoughts and major depression. Then, at my darkest hour, when I saw but two options: 1) Swallow all my morphine and walk into the sea, 2) Call out to God and be saved. I shouted internally: “please God!!! I cannot do it alone. I don’t want to die!” And then, fire, intense heat, like I was on fire but not uncomfortable, I was caught in a very tight grip as if I was hugged all around and the intense feeling of belonging. The thought “You are no longer alone. Pray!” And I prayed. And slept and woke up without a trace of depression. I felt more alive than ever before. I had been ill and depressed for 6 years at that point. The illness stayed, but the depression was gone, for good. I thanked the Lord daily for this salvation and grace that had been given me 🙏 I converted to Catholicism. Years passed, and I’m still ill, but now I meet a fellow Catholic who hears my story and says, let’s pray that you will be healed. And she prayed for me, asking the Lord to heal me in body as he did in mind. I had never even thought of asking that, thankful as I was about my mental salvation. The day after, I suddenly got the intense conviction that I should quit my oxycodone on the spot. I did. And I also took off a part of my fentanyl patch. A week earlier I had still been in so much pain, and in bed most days. But in a week, all the symptoms of withdrawal were gone, and prayer made even the worst moments bearable. That is 2 months ago now. I just started a fitness program to build up my condition! I am so grateful 🙏 Jesus is my Saviour, the Lord is my shepherd. My life is in His hands, His will be done by me for ever and ever! God Bless 🙏❤️

When I was a kid we lived in a haunted house. We had a rocking horse that moved on its own. Every one thought we were lying. Its eyes would glow red and it would start rocking by itself at night. We threw it away. My uncle saw it outside and took it for his kids. Dude laughed at us. When it started doing the same thing in his apartment he got rid of it quick.

There was a doll in the woods near a creek we used to swim in. It would sing that song about the doggy in the window at random times, but there were no longer any batteries in it. Clearly hadn't been for awhile as the hair was sun bleached. Now, I suspected my mother's boyfriend of being influenced by demons from the moment I met him. He wasn't right in the head, and he had been known to talk to himself and have problems before. He found the doll and tied it to the front end of a four wheeler. Everyone who rode it crashed. My mother ended up getting quite hurt from it hurting her back with fractures in her shoulder, if my memory serves me. They threw that doll back into the woods after that. As for the things that happened at home before the doll, I would find my cross necklaces in weird locations horribly warped and twisted out of shape that would be hard to do with just your hands or pliers. Like they were melted a bit.

@@Mendleson I don't see how considering I've seen my mother inspect that doll checking for a power source in and out, and there wasn't any. The doll still talked. Everyone who rode with it on the front crashed, including myself, and I didn't know it was even on there until after I crashed. We didn't crash because of any particular problem with the four wheeler that could be sabotaged but by things in the environment that just kept happening every time anyone got on it. We owned nothing that could melt my necklace like that. The metal's melting point is much higher than what our poor electric glass top stove or oven could possibly achieve. We had no blowtorches or anything to make a forge. I knew what we had and didn't have in the shed. No one should have been able to even get ahold of my cross without me finding out, and the only person who would even be willing to desecrate a cross at that house was my mother's boyfriend. He would not have been able to get my cross from my room without me knowing. I kept those doors locked when I slept. I had the cross necklace around my neck when I was awake. If he knew how to pick locks, I feel like we would have had worse problems with him.

I lived in a haunted house for about 15 years. At that time I was a young child. Unlike me and my siblings we noticed too many horror stuff while living there. My parents decided to move out. Years later after my demonology graduation from the Vatican I went back to the house, I did all the cleansing and prayers. @@mizmeraWe do not worship Mary and the angels, nor do we worship idols. We only worship the One, True God, the Blessed Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. We believe that Mary and the angels are in Heaven with Almighty God and that they are much more pleasing to Him than we are - therefore, we ask them to add their prayers to ours (otherwise known as asking for their intercession) when praying to Almighty God. We don't worship idols either. We have them to remind us of those in Heaven in order to help us focus on our prayers to Almighty God and to focus on those from whom we are asking for prayers for our intentions. I'm an antique and vintage luxury Swiss music box collector who attends the Traditional Latin Mass (it's my favorite thing on earth, honestly), and this story doesn't surprise me at all. In my 10 plus years of collecting I have heard soooooo many stories about haunted music boxes playing without being wound, at random times of the day (which is physically impossible knowing how they work ... I can get inside and do minor repairs with my restoration tech's advice, talked with my techs in depth about how they work), playing with no parts moving (again impossible) .... and having had a creepy experience with a haunted library at a "Catholic" college, I take no chances when acquiring a new piece. I try to get them fully restored from a technician not only because the price of restorations can be whopper high, but also because I feel the tech would have noticed any funny business with the box and let me know; however, when I get a new one or an unrestored one off of eBay, I immediately sprinkle it with Holy Water while saying powerful prayers, keep it away from the rest of my collection for at least two weeks and watch very very carefully for any funny business. I have gone through what to do with priests should I ever get any funny business, but praise be to God, I have not ... except for that one time in which my St. Anne and Blessed Mother antique pewter statue started playing Immaculate Mary in the middle of the night. I was freaked out, but then I realized that the start/stop button (which was custom made, functions with a magnet) wasn't fully jammed in, and somehow got loose, causing the box to play. Phew! I talked with a dear FSSP priest friend, and we concluded it was physical due to the magnet, but we agreed I'd keep an eye to see if it happened again. It hasn't happened since, but nonetheless was freaky and ironical considering it was a religious piece ... Thank God I knew a great priest and know how music boxes work to discriminate ... ;) Anyway, the story in the video doesn't surprise me as a Catholic and antique music box collector with the stories I've heard over my collector career, and I am always sure to sprinkle any new box with Holy Water. BTW, here is a fun fact ... Swiss music box makers churned out so many movements playing Immaculate Mary because of high demands for statues like mine in pilgrimage gift shops, especially in Lourdes, and antique German Christmas tree stands play O Sanctissima in conjunction with Silent Night. How amazing for Catholics ... and I'm so proud to own a musical piece of Latin Mass history with my Immaculate Mary antique statue!

I’m a vintage and antique music box collector who attends Tridentine Mass, and I would TOTALLY agree with you. I’ve heard enough stories on eBay through the years, and I heard a similar story on eBay about a music box that would play without being wound, and antique coins would show up under the lid. And on the top was a gypsy witch. Figures …. All the stories have a consistency: Box not playing when unwound (physically that cannot happen bc there is no spring tension), playing randomly, no parts moving when playing. These stories sent chills up my spine since I’ve loved music boxes since I was little, and I consulted an FSSP priest friend of mine about what to do with new arrivals. I prefer to buy them from a restoration dealer, since the dealer would most likely have noticed any funny business, and when they arrive, I sprinkle them with Holy Water, keep the new arrival separate from the rest of my collection until the trial watching for “funny business” is over. Thank God … and my music boxes have provided me with such comfort and healing since I was little that it sickens me that they are somehow used for demonic purposes. One is even a musical antique statue of the Blessed Mother and St. Anne that plays Immaculate Mary, and my Jewish restoration tech went out of his way to find that for me when my Lourdes musical rosary box playing the same song and having a cheap Asian mechanism died. He needed help identifying the song, but when he did and I heard my musical statue over the radio, I cried and clapped with joy. God bless him for that … and shame on the devil and evil people for perverting all things beautiful and innocent for evil purposes.

A wise man once said "the demons enjoy a magician and a materialist equally." Meaning, we can obsess over spirits and we can convince ourselves that they do not exist. I grew up in a very dysfunctional home with a very mentally ill parent. I was the only one who attended church regularly. My younger sisters would sometimes join me. We had someone stay with us who would sit in the kitchen and curse God. This went on for a time and things got worse. The bedroom doors would slam shut when he would begin his rant. They wouldn't repeatedly slam like in movies. But slam shut they did. It would happen every time he would start cursing God. Very unsettling.

I lived in a bed sitter in a 200 year old house in Dublin. There was a ghost of an elderly woman. The house had once been an old folks home. I saw her all the time, standing or sitting by the window. Things would be in different places when I woke up. There was frequently the sound of people talking. My sister visited. She saw her too. This was in the 70’s. I went back last year. The house had been totally renovated. The window was gone. No one had seen her since. The woman who lived there still heard the people talking.

I live in a house dating from the 13th century (it’s a grade II listed cottage that was once the domicile of an order of monks) & we have a fair few spirits. Mostly amenable really, never frightening or malicious. They even woke me up a few years back when some youths were trying to break into my car on the driveway outside. Things occasionally get moved or some periods there is more pronounced ‘activity’ but I’ve never felt threatened. I also have a young nephew (aged 4) who stays over fairly often. He’s suspected autistic and being tested etc. Recently I fell unwell with a severe migraine one night whilst he was staying & the next day he asked me if I was better now. He was fast asleep when it came on so couldn’t have known. I asked him how he knew and he told me: “I had a bad dream and woke up but the man in the dress told me not to wake you up because you were poorly & that it was only a dream and to go back to sleep in my bed”. I was confused at first but understand “man in dress” to be a 4 year olds perception of a monks robe. Clearly the presence wasn’t enough to alarm my nephew (even though we’ve drilled into him about ‘stranger danger’) and was kindly enough to guide him back to sleep. The strangest thing I’ve seen was at my friends cottage which was a fully formed, corporeal shadow. No features but about 5’10” tall, solid, shaped like a man. Just appeared in the room, ‘looked’ (a sense I got when I fixed my eyes on it), then left the room, seemed to completely skip the kitchen and appeared in the back hallway and walked through the back door. Three of us saw it that night, but it was looking at me / facing me and I don’t know how I know, but I know it knew I could see it & it me.

Once I was asked to bless a woman’s eighth floor apartment . In her kitchen as I walked through the door that led onto her balcony I felt a push from behind, it rocked me on my feet. I looked around at the woman who was standing about six feet away from me and she had a scared look on her face, she then blurted out, the last tenant had jumped from that balcony to his death. She’d feared that there was something residual in her apartment and that’s why she’d asked for the blessing. There was something malignant there for sure, I felt it shove me towards the balcony. The woman moved away soon afterwards so I don’t know if anything is still present in that apartment.

I had a Christmas teddy bear that would play Jingle Bells if you pressed it’s paw. It was a really hard press on the spot to get it to play. It went off twice in a 10 minute period of time when absolutely no one was playing with it. It was a decoration. I had so many things happen in my house. I have seen black hooded figures glide across the room in a very unnatural manner. I was scratched on my arm with 3 claw marks in the middle of the afternoon. I have woken up with my leg up in the air. I could see that something had my pants in its fingers holding up my leg in the air. I have woken up to growling in my ear. It’s real. I don’t show it fear at all, even after the scratch, even though it burned like hell. I pray and it keeps it at bay. My God is stronger than this thing!❤

My wife and I moved to a brand new apartment building directly opposite a cemetery. She was really into meditation and yoga and kept pressuring me to get into it too. After about 2 weeks I finally got to a point where my mind was silent when I meditated. I was sitting in my bedroom in complete darkness meditating and all of a sudden it was like the lights were turned on and was really bright, my eyes were completely shut. Then a very old man popped into my vision just cm’s from my face and stared directly into my eyes. It scared the hell out of me and I opened my eyes to complete darkness in my room. I have never meditated since that night.

I had lived in an haunted house. We thought it was ghost But I often wondered if there was something worse. We had many of the ‘usual things’ lights going on and off. Doors banging and locking. Objects moving while you look at them. Nightmares anxiety and fears , being watched . It was a student house in a historical UK town. It was pretty bad from the beginning but then we idiots did a Quija board it went much worse , it was on Halloween too . One of the girls was Indian from Muslim family , she was also promiscuous and had abortion done. Another girl was pagan and doing psychic readings for others, she was also self centred sociopath, also promiscuous and had 2 abortions during that time . There was a room which was not rented out and it was turned. Into a small living room later. Every time we went to the room , things started happening. The next most haunted room was in the one where the Indian girl lived and she left within months. I could never focus there. I had very serious problems with the lust too. I could not focus and write any essays.But I was fine in a library . Emotions alway ran high . Once I felt so scared in the house that I was sitting on the sidewalk outside crying that I am not going in. My father has visited me and whole visit was a disaster. He also felt it while he stayed in the house. I experienced states near black out where I could hardly remember what was going on . His watch was moved regularly to different times. We later went to a hotel an we spoke about the oppressive feeling in the house . As we spoke, water kettle started to boil water on its own. It was 10 months of pure misery. One we went to a psychic reading event, I never had any readings done for myself in whole this time . I was just my pagan housemate. But I mentioned what is going on in the house to the community. And they recommended someone like a medium who helps people free of charge . They came , they told us that the place infested with dozens of spirits they prayed and did some blessings but nothing changed. 3 days later we moved out. When we moved in another house it was much better. It occurred to us that we might need a priest to bless the haunted place maybe. But we never delivered on it. I was only Christian in that place . But I am protestant and also foreigner in the UK . I did not even know where to start to look for someone who could actually help.

Lived with.... an entity? for a couple of years. He'd come up the stairs and plop on the same comfy chair every night. I was the night person so I always heard him. Once I heard too much and asked him to never let me notice him again, because he was scaring me. After that, never even noticed him again. Others did though. Has anyone ever been to the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park? I went on a ghost/history tour of that hotel years ago, because one of my nieces was fascinated by ghost stories (not with the paranormal like junk like sinful new age stuff, but just ghost stories in general). Anyway, there was this one room at the hotel that actor Jim Carrey stayed in during the filming of “dumb and dumber”. He wasn’t in there for very long before he ran out and checked out of the hotel. Something very strange happened to him in that room. They say it was a ghost, but I wonder if it was actually demons. Unfortunately, during the tour they had the hotel “psychic” come into one of the the rooms and I was not comfortable with that. But I liked the history portion of the tour.

Thank you for Sharing this. I grew up Catholic as did my best friend I used to live with. What this wonderful priest is Saying on how God is the One who permits these things to occur, are Absolutely True. My best friend and I Both lived together in a house where similar activity took place. In ways it wasn’t as extreme as this Woman’s Case. Yet in other ways it was Worse. As I began listening to these spiritual attacks upon people being explained, it takes me back to living In this house with a man who is Still my best friend to this day. And how it began with knocks on the doors and walls. Then began progressing into things such as plastic pop bottles literally being stacked up in very precise and unusual ways in our pantry. It was in that house where we both lived. I slept in the back bedroom and would constantly hear scratching noises on the windows, mostly late at night or into the early mornings around 11pm to 4am and after. Where he would hear the same things at the front part of the house. We would always Bless the house when objects began flying off of a small table at times when both of us were in the front part of the house. My bedroom which was in the back part of this house, turned out to have the strongest activity. We both have pictures and videos along with over 200 audio recordings of some of the things that kept taking place. He was the one who explained to me how God is the One who permits things to happen. I Love what Ft. Carlos says about how even though the devil can be very dangerous and studies our behaviors to learn How to use them against us, he Also said about Only Fearing God’s Power. Because it took me a few years to actually reach that point to where the more I began to understand, the less I became afraid of the evil happening. Because God Has the Power Over the devil and Anything of spiritual nature. I have Finally Reached that point to where I Don’t Fear the evil anymore. Because after a very extreme incident in which my dearest friend to this day had to assist in something I had happen to me, it was Only Through God and his study in demonology, along with his Strong Belief In God, that he showed Absolutely No Fear at All Against anything evil. Because Fear is what causes these things to manifest as that is what they Want. And the More I began to Devote Each Morning To Prayer and saying the Scriptures Aloud, the less these things caused issues. I still get tested occasionally. But not very often after I Stopped Doing Recordings. I give evil No Attention. And if I hear or see Anything I Know is spiritual, I begin to Pray Out Loud. It’s scary that more people are dabbling into unknown territory. Because the devil isn’t called the father of Lies for nothing. Yes, they Can Attack and Hurt a person. And it’s sad that many people don’t realize that God Permits Anything to happen. Especially if one is tampering with and giving these demons attention in Any Form. I Sincerely Pray for Many People to Turn to God’s Unconditional Love Instead of trying to contact things that can offend God to permit attacks on people. I didn’t understand at first. And Now that I Do, I have No Interest anymore in so much as attempting to contact anything while trying to convince myself this is innocent. When it is Not. The curiosity Really Isn’t Worth it at All. I Promise it isn’t. And I only Pray that anyone curious to contact spirits and think it can’t cause harm, to Please Reconsider and Study More About what these exorcists are Saying. I Care if someone gets attacked. I don’t have to know the person to care. Because God had Humbled me and I am Forever Grateful to The Lord for giving me the understanding that is Needed. @@wills9392 Ive been looking into this subject because Ive heard it from my priest that demons cant read our thoughts and that really surprised me. What I found in terms of church teaching is that they can see our emotions, they have strong deductive power (and I believe they can disturb our thoughts and plant things in our minds too despite not being able to read it). I was curious to know, well, if they´re fallen angels, does that mean good angels cant hear us too? But it seems to be different in that case, because of the communion of saints. We can communicate with good angels and saints through the Holy Spirit. The devil is not part of the communion of saints, he has no share in the Holy Spirit.

I'd have to see it directly stated in scripture that it's not within their power to go against my instinct in this matter. I've known at least two people that have claimed to hear malevolent voices speaking with them inside their own minds both the said voices openly admitted to being demons, not only outrightly vile in nature but also capable of predicting events to come. Underestimating a human opponent is an error but underestimating the fallen could easily be a death sentence for my soul. Cowed doubtlessly and sent reeling back in the presence of the lord God for his namesake and glory forever. I'd rather have the very uncomfortable truth than a comforting misapprehension of the capacity of the enemy to snare us. I am a lover of truth for all my flaws and I'd love to be shown beyond the shadow of doubt that I am mistaken.

I had a friend who was descending into madness (and not for the first time), and she actually told me that she could “feel (herself) going crazy”. This was just before she went into the mental hospital for close to a month. She wasn’t wrong about that at all. She had been descending into insanity for quite some time and was in very real need of mental health services. When the ten commandments clearly states, "Make no other gods before me!" How does the catholic explain that when God & Christ are one and never changing?

Jesus taught the disciples how to pray and who to pray to "Our Father who art in Heaven" He never told them to pray to anyone else. I've explained that to a work colleague of mine who is Catholic but he just won't accept it and seems perplexed because I don't pray the rosary or pray to Mary or the Saints. My trust is in Christ alone.

Peace be with you, As a Catholic, we don't view Mother Mary and the Saints as God, there is only one true God, Jesus Christ. We only venerate them and look to them as examples of lives well lived in faith, we ask for their prayers because believe that their prayers are just as powerful now that they are in heaven-even more powerful-than they were when they were here on earth. Remember about Jesus, first miracle, it was through Mary's intercession on why He did it. His very miracle happened because of the intercession of the blessed Mother even if it is not His time, Jesus still did it because He loves His Mother more than we do. PS. Please forgive my English, I'm not a native speaker to the language.

Go watch Shamounian. He's currently doing a stream on this very topic, and has done others previously. I kinda had a similar stance as you, but I heard him go through scripture on the subject once before, and I could see some of the reasoning. But I currently can't say I stand on either side of the issue anymore.. I'd have to do more research.

No one is genuflecting to Mary. Please stop regurgitating what you have heard and go to a Catholic mass and see for yourself. Jesus is Our Lord, we beg Him for mercy. Mary and the saints are our helpers, they pray for us. Just like you'd ask me for prayers, you can ask them for prayers. Mary was able to change God's plan by asking Him to, isn't it a good idea to ask for her help? She leads us to God, no good Catholic is putting her on the sale step as God. If you don't believe in that, how do you explain all the miracles attributed and backed up by science thanks to asking the saints for prayers?

When I look this guy up on the web.... apart from the media storm he's created around himself throughout this year, I found very little except for his own website, which is called Treasures of the Church. He claims that he is in possession of a number of saintly relics which people touch and are instantly healed by. Real Benny Hinn energy if you ask me. Smells like a swindle.

​@@o00nemesis00o I didn't automatically believe in Jesus for "some reason". If you read the Bible and seek Christ with all your heart you WILL hear Him and that will give you faith. It's not a game and it's not always easy to follow Him. There is plenty of demonic attack and persecution that comes with the journey. His sheep recognize His voice and follow Him. It was a calling and a decision made with my will and my love for Him. It's a relationship, not a religion.

Hi Father C please pray for us, I had had a spiritual inspiration to build a Synagogue while on holiday where I was born in Cameroon. I battled with this idea. Finally I bought an acre and have of land where I decided through a lot prayers to the Divine Will , to Catholic Church, Catholic schools ,lnfirmary, Guest house and une Grotte mariale . Fr these projects are for Evangelisation for youngsters of the villages near by, The nearest Catholic school is at 20kms, the faith becomes the last subject to think about ,,, We request some prayers of protection on our adventures. We are laying the stone of FOUNDATIONS 14 Nov. 23, sorry to be long . Amen Fiat N inspiration

❤I find strength in praying to God. I had a house in Richmond Virginia on Green Cedar Lane that I truly think had a demon. I felt something try to clim/choke me when I was sleeping, fireplace glass busted out from outside of fireplace, cat walked to the bathroom and never came out but cat was actually outside come to find out, constantly felt like I was watched. There was something wrong with that house.
